Katryna Karpovaitė has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2019, they worked as an Administrator at Kaunas University of Technology for a brief period. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Sales Manager at ECOLINES, where they were responsible for promoting and selling travel services, managing customer relationships, and handling financial transactions. Following that, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at AEC Parcel Service, Inc. for several months in 2021. In 2022, they joined G&B Sistemos as an Office Administrator, where their responsibilities included managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities. In the same year, they transitioned to Cybernews, also as an Office Administrator, taking on tasks such as planning events, onboarding new employees, and overseeing office maintenance. Lastly, in 2023, they briefly served as the Head/Chairman of Electoral District at The Central Electoral Commission Of The Republic Of Lithuania.

Katryna Karpovaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas, graduating in 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Kaunas University of Technology, which they completed in 2022.
