Chuck Serif

Chuck Serif has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they are a Cyber Security Analyst at CyberNow Labs, where they are responsible for real-time monitoring of security events using SIEM alerts through Splunk ES and monitoring network traffic for security events. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Operation Manager at ABL World Trade, where they worked with software developers to customize an ERP solution and managed a team of 7 specialists. From 2007 to 2016, they were the Property Manager at TRENT, where they handled resident complaints, expedited maintenance requests, and collected monthly assessments, rental fees, deposits and payments. From 2006 to 2007, they were an Electronic Technician 2 at DS2/Tobyhanna Army Depot, where they were involved with the Blue Force Tracking team, built various electronic sub systems, and tested various systems to military specifications. From 2001 to 2006, they were the Lead Technical Specialist at Professional Security Systems, where they provided head-end support regarding corporate access control systems, administered and supported access control and CCTV projects, and provided leadership for a team of security professionals.

Chuck Serif has an Associate's degree in Computer Science from MTI. Chuck has also completed courses at CyberNow Labs. In addition, they have obtained certifications from CompTIA, Armis, Fortinet, and LinkedIn, including CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, Cyber Defense Core, FORTINET NSE 1, Learning the OWASP Top 10, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA Network+.
