Nana Nimo

Nana Nimo currently serves as a Security Operations Center Analyst at CyberNow Labs since November 2021, focusing on incident response and internal threat management while utilizing various security tools such as Splunk ES, CrowdStrike Falcon, and IBM QRadar. In addition to this role, Nana has been working as a hostess at Cracker Barrel since June 2021, responsible for managing menus, processing TOGO orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Nana holds an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College and a high school diploma from Forest Park High School. Notable accomplishments include developing customer service skills and learning effective conflict resolution techniques.
