Billy Chu

Billy Chu is currently the Head of Human Resources at Cyberport Hong Kong since 2022. Previously, Billy held the position of Director, HR & Admin at CEB International Investment Corporation Limited from 2016 to 2021, where Billy managed the full scope of strategic and operational HR services. Before that, Billy was the Performance & Rewards Head at ICBC (Asia) from 2010 to 2016 and an Associate Director in HR at Value Partners Limited 惠理基金 in 2007-2008. Billy holds an MBA from the University of Sydney and a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
