Nikhilesh S started working at HCLTech in July 2021 as an Analyst and ended their role in January 2022. In September 2022, they joined CyberPWN Technologies as a Senior Security Engineer.

Nikhilesh S completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Alvas Institute of Engineering and Technology in Moodbidri. NIKHILESH studied at the institute from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from Microsoft: "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" in April 2023, and "MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services" in February 2023.
