Vumile Nobaza

Vumile Nobaza has a strong background in technical support and customer service, with experience spanning over a decade. Currently, Vumile has been with CYBERSMART PTY LTD since January 2016, focusing on router configurations for various internet services, including the LIGHT SPEED fibre. Prior to this role, Vumile served as a Customer Service Representative for Vodacom at WNS Global Services from September 2012 to December 2015. Vumile's career began as a Desktop Technician at TeleTech from October 2007 to January 2010, where responsibilities included providing technical support, managing software installations, and overseeing user account management within Active Directory.
