Jana Young

Jana Young has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Project and Quality Manager at Eficia Praha. Jana then worked as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at BDO Czech Republic before joining Vodafone Czech Republic as a Senior Project Specialist, Sales. At Vodafone Czech Republic, Jana led various projects and implemented processes to identify weak areas.

In 2013, Jana moved to Vodafone Spain as a Delivery Management Specialist, where they streamlined financial processes and provided training to new team members. Jana then joined Vodafone Group as a Business Analyst, Unified Communications, and later became a Senior Digital Commercial Programme Manager. In these roles, Jana focused on improving customer experience and engaging stakeholders across different markets.

In 2019, Jana joined Travelex as a Senior Project Manager, leading a digital transformation program and overseeing the recovery process after a cyber-attack. Jana established project plans, identified milestones, and conducted workshops to develop crisis recovery solutions.

Jana's most recent role is at CyberSmart, where they started in 2020 as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Director of Project Management. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations.

Throughout their career, Jana has gained certifications such as PMP, SAFe, and PowerMBA, demonstrating their expertise in project management and Agile methodologies. Jana'sexperience spans various industries and demonstrates their ability to drive successful projects and deliver exceptional results.

Jana Young has a strong education background in business administration and management. Jana obtained their Ing. degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Financial Management, from Prague University of Economics and Business between 2005 and 2010.

In 2021 and 2022, Jana pursued further education at thePower, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on various aspects of business strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation.

Jana has also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2018, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained a Life Coaching Certificate from Achology and became a certified Agile Project Manager through LinkedIn.

In 2022, Jana obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Jana also completed courses such as "The Power Business School - MBA" and "The Living Leader" from their respective institutions.
