Chloe Yu began their work experience in 2007 as a Game Designer at Sony Online Entertainment Asia, where they were responsible for writing main and side story lines, designing level layouts, and coordinating with artists and programmers. In 2013, they joined CyberSoft Digital Services Corp. as an Account Manager, managing oversea sales representatives and preparing marketing documents. Chloe then took on the role of Chief Engineer at the same company in 2017, where they served as the project manager for an EDC management system and trained junior engineers. Chloe also supported the company's strategy decision research.
Chloe Yu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from National Chung Cheng University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also earned several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2021, N1 Level of JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) from Japan Educational Exchanges & Services in July 2012, and achieved a score of 945 on the TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) in April 2011 from Educational Testing Service.
