Oliver Hou has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Oliver started their career as a Technology Specialist at Chinatrust Commercial Bank in 1999 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Consultant at eSOON. In 2003, they joined CyberSoft Digital Services Corp. as the Head Of International Business Development. Since 2017, Oliver has been the Chief Operating Officer at Cyber Smart Network Asia, PT.
Oliver Hou pursued their education at National Chengchi University in Taiwan, where they completed a PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS) from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in MIS from the same university, spanning from 2004 to 2006.
