Jaison James Oliyil has a long and varied work experience. Jaison James began their career in 2011 as a Venture Capitalist & Investor for Crypto Currency. In 2012, they founded, owned and directed Christian Daily, and also served as Owner & President. In 2014, they became Owner & Director of CyberSolve IT Inc., a company that provides customized software solutions and IT staffing services. In 2020, they became Owner & Director of HillPoint Homecare Inc. and Droidestates Inc. In 2021, they founded Cow Inu.

Jaison James Oliyil received their Master's Degree in MBA from Sullivan University in 2012 and their Master's Degree in Information Technology from the same institution in 2014.
