Rajesh K Agarwal

Rajesh K Agarwal has a diverse range of work experience. Rajesh K began their career as a Consultant Chartered Accountant and Proprietor at Rajesh Garg and Associates from 1990 to 1994. Rajesh K then moved on to ICI INDIA LIMITED, where they served as a Manager of Accounts from 1994 to 2000. Afterward, they joined the Al Futtaim Group - Retail (Toys "R" Us) as a Business Analyst, leading the F&A department and handling operations and finance functions. Rajesh K was also involved in expansion initiatives and the migration of data and records to the SAP system. From 2003 to 2006, Rajesh worked as a Manager of Accounts and Controls at Alghanim Industries - Credit Division. Rajesh K then took on the role of Finance Controller at KGL Car Rental & Leasing Co. from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they became the Group Chief Finance Controller at Easa Hussain Al-Yousifi (Panasonic) Kuwait, where they played a key role in cost optimization projects and the revamping of the budgeting process. From 2009 to 2011, Rajesh served as the Vice President of Finance at Kout Food Group, overseeing group finance and leading various projects such as SAP ERP optimization and implementation. Rajesh K then joined Movit Products Limited as the Chief Financial Officer in 2019, where they led the Finance, ICT, and Taxation department. Despite the shortened tenure due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Rajesh implemented significant improvements that had a positive impact on the bottom line. Most recently, they became the Chief Financial Officer at CyberSolve in 2020. Throughout their career, Rajesh has demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, budgeting, strategy, and project management.

Rajesh K Agarwal obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from the University of Lucknow, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Following that, they pursued further education in Finance & Taxation at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, earning the degree of FCA from 1984 to 1989.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rajesh has attained several certifications throughout their career. Rajesh K became a ZohoBooks Authorized Partner through Zoho in August 2021. In April 2021, they achieved the status of Certified Tsheets Pro Elite Partner from TSheets, which is now QuickBooks Time. Rajesh K also obtained the QuickBooks Online Certified Pro Advisor credential from Intuit QuickBooks in April 2021. Back in December 2018, they became a Certified Information Systems Auditor through The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Lastly, they acquired the SAP ERP Finance Solution Consultant certification from SAP AG Germany in April 2007.
