James Kirby

James Kirby currently serves as the Group CEO at Illuminate Technologies LLC since May 2024. Prior to this role, James spent over 13 years at CSG in various leadership positions including SVP & Head of EMEA and Executive Director of International Managed Services, where responsibilities included transforming service offerings and executing a successful go-to-market strategy that generated contracts exceeding $100 million. James has extensive experience in driving sales and developing market strategies across the EMEA region, beginning as a Director of Strategic Sales and progressing through various key roles after joining Intec Telecom Systems in 2001. James holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Henley Business School, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
