Hila Zigman

Hila Zigman is a seasoned professional in the fields of product development and organizational management. Currently serving as a General Partner at Cyberstarts since December 2023, Hila previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Noname Security, where leadership of the R&D and product groups occurred from March 2020 to November 2023. Hila was a founding team member and VP of Products at a Cyber Security Company from 2018 to 2020, focusing on R&D and innovation. Earlier experience includes serving as Organizational Development Manager at temi and an Organizational Development Partner at The Coca-Cola Company, as well as a Captain in Israeli Military Intelligence from 2005 to 2011. Hila holds a Master of Science in Management, Organizational Consulting from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
