Paul Blake

Director of Services & Support at CyberStreams

Paul Blake has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Paul began their career as a Dedicated Business Account Manager at Speakeasy, then moved on to Wave Broadband as a Network Operations Center Technician. In 2007, they took a Quality Assurance Specialist role at Imprev, followed by an IT Specialist role at Neuropath Learning in 2009. In 2018, they became the Director of Services & Support at CyberStreams, where they supervise the Services and Support teams, leads and develops team leads, and prepares and provides reporting on key metrics. Paul also actively engages existing clients to ensure quality of services and customer retention, and works to continually develop each team member to create a high performing, effective and “customer first” team. Additionally, they participate as a key member of the leadership team and helps to define business and operational strategy for success of the company.

Paul Blake attended North Kitsap High School from 1997 to 2000 and graduated with a High School Diploma in General Studies.
