Dip Mitra

Dip Mitra has worked in the IT and business development sector since 2009. In 2009, they were an Assistant Manager-Sales at KLG Systel, where they were responsible for active sales and marketing in Eastern India. Dip was also the Project Administrator for a Spot Billing project of WBSEDCL, overseeing on-site and quality control activities. In 2010, they joined CyberSWIFT as Vice President of Business Development, Business Development Manager, and Project Manager of the Jharkhand State Grievance Management System. In this role, they were responsible for grievance redressal of citizens in 24 districts and 35 sub-divisions. Dip was also Assistant Manager of Business Development, responsible for marketing, sales, and post-sales relationship management.

Dip Mitra's education history includes a Master of Business Administration from NMIMS Global from 2020 to 2022, a Bachelor of Computer Application from NSHM College of Management and Technology from 2006 to 2009, a Higher Secondary from Techno Model School from 2004 to 2006, and a Secondary from South Point High School, Kolkata from 1992 to 2004.
