Nurul Diana Intan Zafirah, ERM has a strong background in programme management and organizational development, with significant experience at Cyberview Sdn Bhd. NURUL DIANA INTAN has held various roles such as Head of Programme Management Office, Head of Organisational Development, and Procurement Manager. Their responsibilities have included managing corporate programmes, implementing human capital initiatives, overseeing procurement activities, and executing special projects. NURUL DIANA INTAN also serves on the Advisory Board for the ASEAN Innovation Business Platform.

Nurul Diana Intan Zafirah obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2003. NURUL DIANA INTAN then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance at Putra Business School from 2006 to 2008. Recently, they completed their Doctor of Business Administration from Multimedia University in 2024. Additionally, they hold various certifications in Enterprise Risk Management, Project Management, Job Evaluation, and Corporate Governance.
