Jennifer Eiben has extensive experience in various leadership roles involving community outreach, event coordination, and partnership management. Jennifer also served as an Outreach Director at Pratt Street Media, a Community Outreach Manager at CyberPoint International, and as Director of eLearning at Byrnes Health Education Center. Jennifer Eiben completed their high school education at McKeesport Area High School. Jennifer then went on to earn a BA in International Business from Chatham University in 1992. Later, they pursued a MPIA/ESD degree in Economic and Social Development/Non-Profit Management from the University of Pittsburgh from 1996 to 1998. In 2011-2012, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Penn State University. Additionally, in 2015, they participated in Disney's Approach to Leadership Excellence program at the Disney Institute.
