Cody Adams

Cody Adams currently serves as the Director of Omnichannel Operations at CYBEX, overseeing demand planning, order management, logistics, and aftersales since July 2023. Previously, Cody held the position of Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Splendid Spoon, reporting directly to the Co-CEO, and contributed to significant supply chain improvements at Casper from 2017 to 2021. During the tenure at Casper, Cody managed cross-functional supply chain initiatives, focusing on integrating business planning and mitigating Covid-19 risks with international suppliers. Earlier roles included positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Hostess Brands, and Stratix Corporation, with a strong background in lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and logistics management. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Pre-Medical from Tulane University.
