Ilyaz Genchtyurk

Ilyaz Genchtyurk is an experienced instructional designer and workflow manager with a strong background in training development and educational technology. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer for Global Training Development at CYBEX since April 2023, Ilyaz previously worked at Majorel as a Workflow Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing training needs and developing workflows for the Google Ads team. Previous roles also include instructional design positions at CGS Center, where curriculum design and interactive learning activities were key focuses, and at METU Development Foundation Private School, involving direct teaching and lesson planning. Ilyaz holds a Bachelor of Education in Computer Education and Instructional Technology from Middle East Technical University, earned in June 2018.
