Tobias Horn

Tobias Horn is an experienced professional in demand planning, currently serving as the Head of Demand Planning Global at CYBEX since April 2016. In this role, Tobias leads and develops the demand planning team, overseeing service levels, inventory turnover, and planning accuracy across Europe, the UK, the USA, the UAE, and China. Prior positions at CYBEX include Head of Demand Planning EMEA, Senior Manager Demand Planning, and Manager Demand Planning, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, method improvement, and SAP MM module management. Previously, Tobias worked at Ravensburger as a Disponent Absatzplanung, supporting sales planning and inventory management for the UK subsidiary and gaining expertise as a Key-User in SAP ERP. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Management from the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
