Tim Wade

Tim Wade is an experienced business executive who has spent their career in a variety of leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Tim is currently serving as an independent non-executive director for CYBG.

Wade began their career in 2002 as the IT director for Jarvis, a construction and engineering firm. Tim then took on the role of interim management, business change, and IT consultancy for WadesNet. In 2005, they became the director of IT and business change for NG Bailey, a national engineering and construction company.

In 2010, Wade took on the role of interim business change manager for Center Parcs. Tim was responsible for driving through changes needed to the business operation to achieve PCI DSS compliance and operational efficiencies. Tim also served as the director of ICT for Morgan Sindall from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing a single ICT service focused on the company's needs and driving through a multi-million pound change programme.

Wade has extensive experience in leading businesses through periods of change and growth. Their skills in developing and implementing strategies have helped him to achieve success in a variety of industries.

- Tim Wade then pursued a career in management, first completing a management program at Cranfield School of Management.
