Sheridan Broadbent

Sheridan Broadbent is an accomplished independent director, CEO, advisor, and coach with extensive experience across various industries. They served as General Manager for Strategy and Business Technology and People and Transformation at Genesis Energy, and they were the Chief Executive at Counties Power from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Sheridan is the Chief Imagineer and Principal at Breach Consulting Ltd and holds several independent director roles, including at Spark New Zealand and Manawa Energy. They have also contributed significantly to boards and committees, including serving as Board Chair at Kordia and as Deputy Chair of the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum. Sheridan completed their education at the University of Auckland between 1987 and 1989.
