Christy Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christy started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2009. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Paradise 4 Paws as an Operations & Marketing Associate, where they provided support in operations and marketing efforts.

In 2015, they joined Waldron as an Administrative Associate, and later became an Associate/Operations Project Manager. In this role, they supported the Career Transition and Organization Development/Effective Organization lines of business. Christy successfully executed various projects, such as coordinating virtual referrals, organizing Chief Human Resources Officers events, and managing project deliverables.

Since 2018, Christy has been working at Cyborg Mobile as a Business & People Operations Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment across all organizational areas. Christy also contributes to solutions in DEI, product innovation, and talent acquisition & management consulting.

Christy Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University. Over the years, they have also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2017, they received a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. In 2021, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM. In 2022, they obtained a Business Management Certificate from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business and completed a course called "The Data Science of Using People Analytics" offered by LinkedIn.
