Ashwini has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Starting in 2008, Ashwini worked as a Trainee at Bosch Rexroth India Limited and ASL Advanced Systems Pvt ltd. In 2009, they were a Trainee at Apollo Hospitals. In 2010, they were a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. From 2014 to 2022, Ashwini worked at Arm in a variety of roles, including Director, Customer Experience & Success (Analytics), Senior Manager, Customer Experience & Success (Analytics), Principal Business Analyst, Staff Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and IT Analyst. In their role as Senior Business Analyst, they were responsible for investigative work to determine business requirements for implementing new/improving existing IT processes and the systems that support them. Ashwini is currently the Head of Customer Operations at CybSafe.

Ashwini Job has a diverse educational background. Ashwini completed their I.C.S.E. from Sacred Heart's Girls High School between 1992 and 2004. Ashwini then went on to complete their Pre-University from Mount Carmel College, Palace Rd, Bengaluru between 2004 and 2006.
