Karen Dzodzome

Karen Dzodzome has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Karen currently holds the position of Commercial and Compliance Executive at CybSafe since March 2023. Previously, they worked as a Black Interns Matter Brand Ambassador at The Stephen James Partnership starting in September 2020. Karen also served as a Paralegal at EY from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Micro Focus from November 2021 to April 2022 and as a Legal Adviser at Hack Publishing Ltd from November 2020 to April 2022. Karen has also worked as a Compliance Administrator at TechStream Group from June 2021 to December 2021, as a Legal Document Reviewer at the Serious Fraud Office (UK) from April 2021 to June 2021, and as a Legal Affairs Assistant at UCL Business Ltd from February 2021 to April 2021. Karen gained initial experience as an Intern at Berkeley Rowe from October 2020 to November 2020 and also worked briefly as a LawyerUp at LawyerUp from June 2020 to August 2020.

Karen Dzodzome's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Queen Mary University of London and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Comparative Literature, which they completed in 2016. In 2017, Karen attended The University of Law and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law, specializing in the field of Law.

Continuing their education, in 2019 Karen enrolled at The University of Law to pursue an LPC Msc degree, which they completed in 2020. During this time, Karen also obtained several additional certifications and internships to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the legal field.

In January 2020, Karen obtained a DBS Enhanced Certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Following this, they completed a virtual work experience program with White & Case LLP in April 2020. In June 2020, Karen participated in a legal vacation scheme with Legal Cheek and gained valuable experience. Additionally, in July 2020, they completed internships in Commercial Law and Finance and Professional Services through Bright Network. Karen'slatest certification is the LawyerUp Internship, which they obtained in August 2020 from LawyerUp organization.
