Jonas Schramm currently serves as the Head of Industry Solutions at Cybus since January 2022, focusing on translating factory challenges into scalable digital solutions, utilizing expertise in sales engineering, consultative selling, and technical sales. Prior to this role, Jonas held the position of Head of Strategic Initiatives at Cybus, where responsibilities included market intelligence, strategic partnerships, and managing production-critical IT architectures. From October 2016 to January 2022, Jonas worked at inray Industriesoftware GmbH, starting as a Project Developer and advancing to Head of Project Management, overseeing P&L management, service sales, and international operations while leading projects in customized MES, Energy Management Systems, and Smart Factory implementations.
