Lukas T. began their career in 2012 as a Carpenter at Georg Ackermann GmbH. In 2014, they became a Dual Student at Vöhringer GmbH & Co. KG, where they were responsible for customer support, calculations and pricing, offer and order processing, product presentations and guided plant tours, and interned in Shanghai. In 2019, they began working at Körber AG in Corporate Supply Chain Management, where they worked on continuous improvement projects in purchasing, created reports, prepared controller workshops, supported digitization initiatives, created workshop and training materials, and conducted benchmark and best practice research. In 2020, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, creating lecture content and exercises for the Institute of Product and Process Innovation. Currently, they are a Sales Manager Industrial IoT at Cybus.

Lukas T. obtained a Carpenter Journeyman from Städtisches Gewerbliches BBZ 2, Josef-Greising-Schule Würzburg in 2012-2014. Lukas then obtained a Technischer Fachwirt from Handwerkskammer Für Unterfranken in 2013 and an Ausbilder-Eignungsprüfung from Handwerkskammer Für Unterfranken in 2014. In 2014-2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW). Lukas also obtained a TOEFL iBT: 110/120 from The TOEFL® test in 2018. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business in Management from The University of Queensland in 2020 and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management & Engineering from Leuphana University of Lüneburg in 2018-2021.
