Oliver Plois is currently the People & Culture Director at Cycas Hospitality since July 2022. Prior to this, Oliver held positions such as Human Resources Director at Nordmann Food & Beverage GmbH, Area Director Human Resources Germany South at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Deputy Hotel Manager/Director Human Resources at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts, and Director Human Resources at Marriott Hotels and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Oliver started their career as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator after graduating from Hotelschool Hannover with a degree in Hospitality Business Economist.
