Dawid Bartwanowicz

Dawid Bartwanowicz has extensive experience in the bicycle industry, starting in 2013 as a Mechanic at Spinn Sykkelshop Sandefjord. Dawid provided top-quality service to professional cyclists and assisted with the day-to-day management of the store. In 2014, they became a Vehicle Mechanic at Adomeit Group - VELEON and then transitioned to become the Manager Director (Geschäftsführer) at BIKE-TEAM DAWID BARTWANOWICZ. In this role, they grew the business from zero to €130,000 net turnover per year, established a reputation as a trusted master mechanic, and handled all company operations and administration. In 2017, Dawid worked as a Wind Turbine Technician at FairWind A/S, where they assisted in the construction of large wind turbines and ensured adherence to safety and technical compliance standards. Most recently, they served as the Head Mechanic (Chefmechaniker) at GetHenry, where they serviced over 220 bikes in under three months, provided technical services for major customers in Berlin and delivered service to an extreme business case, Gorillas.
