Jeff Larson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeff is currently serving as the SVP of Customer Operations at Cycle Labs since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tryon Solutions as the Director of Customer Success from August 2020 to June 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Jeff worked at Tyson Foods as the Senior Manager Non-SAP Applications & IT Quality Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for managing non-SAP application enhancements, implementing new tools, and coordinating integrations with the QA department.

Jeff Larson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Jeff is a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, which they obtained in October 2019, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, which they obtained in September 2019.
