Jeff Larson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jeff is currently serving as the SVP of Customer Operations at Cycle Labs since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tryon Solutions as the Director of Customer Success from August 2020 to June 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Jeff worked at Tyson Foods as the Senior Manager Non-SAP Applications & IT Quality Assurance. In this role, they were responsible for managing non-SAP application enhancements, implementing new tools, and coordinating integrations with the QA department.

Before Tyson Foods, Jeff was the Director of Quality Assurance at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, where they oversaw the QA team's budget, staff, and vendors. Jeff implemented testing strategies and successfully managed remotely distributed teams.

Jeff also gained valuable experience as a Consultant at Slalom Consulting, where they worked on projects for US FOODS and served as a QA Manager for the Enterprise Reporting / Data Warehouse team. During their time there, they developed standardized methodologies, customized testing tools, and increased staffing for project execution.

At the beginning of their career, Jeff worked at Accenture as a Manager in the Financial Services sector. Jeff delivered technology solutions for top financial companies, specializing in program/project management and quality assurance.

Jeff Larson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. Jeff is a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master, which they obtained in October 2019, and a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist, which they obtained in September 2019.
