Micah Jones

Micah Jones started their work experience in 2015 at Axis Games as a Level Designer and QA Tester. Micah triaged and documented defects in the game's level editor, created additional levels for release, and performed additional discovery on unintended powerup interactions. In 2017, they joined MOD Pizza as a Technical and Cultural Trainer, where they managed stores, recalibrated underperforming crews, and provided onboarding to new hires. In 2017, Micah moved to Dakno Marketing as a QA Tester and Support Specialist, performing continuous integration testing for iOS and Android applications, testing updated builds for regressions, and triaging client reported bugs. Since 2019, they have been working at Cycle Labs as a Senior Test Engineer, defining and executing manual and automated test cases, developing test plans and controllers, and performing code review for junior test engineers.

Micah Jones obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Micah pursued this degree between 2012 and 2016.
