Harshit Mahandra possesses extensive experience in academia and research, having served as an Assistant Professor at Teerthanker Mahaveer University and GARG P.G College, and as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Harshit transitioned to Queen's University as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist and held roles as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Research Associate, where work focused on solvometallurgical processes, biooxidation of refractory gold ores, and recycling of REE magnets. Currently, Harshit serves as a Guest Editor for Sustainability MDPI and has taken on the role of Director of R&D at Cyclic Materials.
