JoLynne Wightman possesses extensive experience in regulatory science and research and development within the food and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of R&D Regulatory & Technical Services at Welch's since May 2004, JoLynne leads compliance initiatives and R&D analytical programs to ensure product labeling aligns with state and federal regulations. Previous roles include directing health and nutrition initiatives and managing strategic alliances at Welch's, as well as conducting research at Oregon State University and serving in various scientific capacities at Artemis International, Constellation Brands, and Nestlé. JoLynne holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Food Science & Technology from Oregon State University and an MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Central Michigan University, alongside fundamental education in Food Science & Technology.
