James Palser

James Palser is an experienced Programme Manager at Cycling UK since December 2018, focusing on the Cycling made E-asy programme to promote cycling in businesses and educational settings. James has also managed the UK Cycle Friendly Employer Scheme, which partners with nine European countries to set international standards for workplace cycling. Prior to Cycling UK, James served as a Senior Project Officer for the Heathrow Cycling Partnership and as a Project Officer for Bike It Plus at Sustrans. Between January 2005 and April 2015, James worked as a self-employed musician and percussion teacher. James holds a B.Mus in Jazz, Popular, and Commercial Music from the University of Sunderland, earned from 2005 to 2008.
