Monica Scigliano

Monica Scigliano is an experienced professional in policy and research, currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer and previously as a Senior Project Officer at Cycling UK since October 2022. Prior roles include Researcher and Policy Adviser at Population Matters from March 2021 to October 2022, and Researcher at Amnesty International in early 2020. Monica has also worked as a Government Affairs Associate at the Partnership for Public Service and held a Legislative Intern position in the United States Senate for Senator Ron Wyden. Early career experiences include roles at the Catholic Charities Refugee Resettlement Program and the George Fox Admissions Office, as well as tutoring at George Fox English Language Institute. Monica holds a Master of Public Policy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and International Studies from George Fox University.
