Anita Loomba has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Anita started their career as a Marketing Manager at Fred Meyer Jewelers, where they successfully launched the company's "Rewards" program. Anita then worked as a self-employed Startup Consultant, serving clients such as eHealth, Causata, and ADP AdvancedMD, and managing various marketing, content, and social media strategies.

Anita later joined Drip Drop Inc. as a Senior Marketing Manager, leading the marketing function during major retailer roll-outs at CVS and Walgreens. Anita then joined Uber as a Marketing Manager, where they played a key role in the successful launch of the company across multiple states. Anita focused on increasing brand awareness and marketplace growth through strategic partnerships, leading to a significant increase in regional trips.

In 2016, Anita became the Head of Marketing at Drift, where they led the launch of the company's consumer energy brand in New York City. Anita was responsible for overall customer acquisition, marketing, and communications, and successfully grew the customer base by over 100% in 12 months.

Anita then joined Female Founders Alliance as a Program Director, where they launched the organization's first startup accelerator program for female founders. The program received significant media attention and several founders raised seed rounds for their companies.

Most recently, Anita worked at App in the Air, Inc. as the Director of Marketing. Anita was the first marketing hire and was tasked with setting up the marketing function and team quickly. Anita successfully established the long-term brand, partnerships, and growth strategy, and led a team of three marketing managers and a PR agency. Anita was responsible for overall brand and communications, including website refresh, PR/media, social media, blog content, and building the email program.

Currently, Anita is the Director of Marketing at Cycling Frog, where they oversee the marketing efforts of the company.

Anita Loomba's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Portland State University - School of Business. Anita also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Marylhurst University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as WSET Level 1 from the Napa Valley Wine Academy in August 2021 and Apple Search Ads Certification from Apple in November 2020.
