Earl Dimaculangan started their work experience in 1994 as the CEO/President and Chief Marketing Strategist at Cyclone Interactive Multimedia Group, a digital marketing agency in Boston. Earl played a key role in developing integrated marketing strategies and branding for clients. In 2015, they joined Phala Data as an Advisor for Brand Strategy & Marketing. Earl contributed to the development of Phala Data's MiRi Analytic Platform, which revolutionized how global enterprises create and execute strategy using data-driven decisions. Earl'stenure at Phala Data lasted until December 2019.
Earl Dimaculangan attended Berklee College of Music from 1983 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Berklee, they specialized in Jazz Composition & Arranging, as well as Music Production & Engineering.
