Ruben Broekaert

Ruben Broekaert is a seasoned architect and project manager with a strong focus on real estate and valuation. With experience in construction, renovation, and interior design, Ruben has worked on a variety of projects ranging from residential to industrial buildings. As the Founder of HLDR Estate and Architect Designer at various companies, Ruben brings a wealth of expertise in energetic and ecological sustainable designs. Ruben holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and Sustainability, as well as a postgraduate degree in bio-ecological building. Currently, Ruben serves as the Development Manager Belgium at Montea and continues to make significant contributions to the field.
