Alexey Potekhin

Alexey Potekhin has extensive experience in product management and software engineering. Alexey is currently the Director of Product Management at CyCognito, where they have been since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at the same company from March 2019 to December 2022. Before joining CyCognito, Alexey held Product Manager roles at Cymmetria from August 2016 to November 2018 and at Cyberbit from February 2015 to July 2016. Alexey also worked as a QA Engineer / Pre-Sale Engineer at C4-Security (Cyberbit) from December 2011 to February 2015. Additionally, they served as a QA Engineer at AcceloWeb (Limelight) from August 2010 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, Alexey worked as an Office Manager at Israel Border Police from August 2005 to July 2007, and as a Lab Supporter at Polycom from June 2004 to July 2005.

Alexey Potekhin holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Computer Science from Shevah-Mofet from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Bartending from Zman-Amiti in 2005. In 2017, they became a Certified Beer Judge through the Beer Judge Certification Program.
