James Cheng

James Cheng has worked for four companies in the past decade. James began their career in 2008 as a Software Security Engineer at Armorize Technologies, Inc. In 2011, they moved to Systex Corporation, where they were a Product Manager. In 2015, they joined Verint Systems Taiwan, taking on the roles of General Manager and Version Delivery Manager. Most recently, they began working at CyCraft Technology in 2019 as the Director of APAC Operation.

James Cheng obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems, General from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan between 2002 and 2005. James then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems, General from the same university between 2005 and 2008. During this time, they also attended Pittsburg State University, USA as an Exchange Student in 2007. In 2011, they obtained their CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification from EC-Council and in 2012, they obtained their Privacy Protection Consultant certification from TUVIT.
