From 2016 to 2018, they were the Senior Manager, Field Service EMEA / AP / ANZ for Auris Surgical Robotics, Inc. From 2009 to 2016, they held various roles at Hansen Medical, including Senior Manager, Customer Support EMEA / AP / ANZ, Service Manager EMEA, AP / ANZ, Senior Clinical / Customer Support Engineer EMEA / AP, and Field Service Engineer EMEA / AP. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Field Service Engineer and Diagnostics Specialist for VIVISOL Deutschland GmbH.

Christian Tlaskal attended the Medizin technische Akademie Esslingen from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a staatl. gepr. Medizintechniker degree.
