Edward Pace has over ten years of work experience. Edward began their career in 2011 as a Desktop Publishing Specialist for Griffin Media, where they were responsible for graphical editing, file management, and quality control. In 2013, they joined the University of Leeds as an Information Technology Assistant, where they created and edited online undergraduate assessments within a Virtual Learning Environment. Edward also wrote basic formatting code for equations and linking correct answers to multiple-choice questions. Edward then worked as a Laboratory Scientist for Scaled Solutions Limited and Laboratory Analyst for Gaia Wines in 2014. In 2015, they began their PhD at the University of Edinburgh, where they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher, compressing simple metals to extremely high densities and probing the electronic structure with diffraction of x-rays. In 2021, they joined Scott Logic as an Associate Software Developer and Graduate Software Developer. Currently, they are a Junior Software Engineer for Cydar Medical.
