Amy Nightingale

Amy Nightingale is a seasoned security engineer currently employed at Cydarm Technologies since November 2022 and serving as a Cybersecurity Lead Teaching Assistant at the University of Sydney since April 2022. In the academic role, Amy plans and conducts virtual classes for an extensive cybersecurity bootcamp, training over 30 students in various cybersecurity topics and troubleshooting related technologies. Previously, Amy worked as a Security Solutions Engineer at Splunk, where responsibilities included leading real-time client sessions and developing advanced security solutions. Notable achievements include contributing to a global cybersecurity event with over 3,700 participants. Amy also has experience as a Software Development Intern at Schneider Electric and as an English Second Language Tutor, showcasing a diverse skill set in both technical and educational domains. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Software Systems and a Diploma in Languages from the University of Melbourne, along with additional qualifications in software testing and engineering systems.
