Emma Runyan is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in inside sales management and customer service. Currently serving as Inside Sales Manager at Cyderes since March 2022, Emma has advanced through multiple roles in the company, including Senior Inside Sales Representative. Prior to Cyderes, Emma worked at American Century Investments as a Business Retirement Representative, focusing on employer and employee retirement needs, and as an Investment Representative, enhancing client communication skills across various platforms. Emma's early experience includes internships in sales and marketing at Daupler and Indigo Wild, as well as a customer service role at CRDN Textile & Electronics Restoration, where assistance was provided to clients in crisis situations. Emma also demonstrated leadership skills as a student athlete at Graceland University, where a Bachelor of Business Administration was earned, and as the Head Coach of a youth volleyball team.
