Sarah Redford

Sarah Redford currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Cyderes since June 2022, following a tenure as the Global HR Lead at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group from January to December 2021. Prior to that, Sarah held the position of Chief People Officer at New Signature, which was acquired by Cognizant in 2020. Sarah's earlier experience includes leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at Globalive Technology and the Maru Group, where responsibilities included global HR management. Sarah also served as SVP of Human Resources and Talent Management Director at Avanade, alongside HR leadership roles at Avanade Canada Inc and Accenture Canada. Education was completed at Trent University.
