Avital Sincai

Avital Sincai has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Avital co-founded and served as the COO of Cydome Security starting in 2018. Prior to that, in 2017, they co-founded Menri Group Ltd and assumed the role of CEO until 2019. From 2016 to 2017, they co-founded and managed Spark Accelerator. Avital also worked as a partner at Shenhav, Konforti, Rotem & Co. from 2005 to 2017, where they headed the High Tech and intellectual property (IP) practice. Avital represented start-up companies and multinationals in major M&A transactions. Before that, they worked as an Intellectual Property Manager at SNE IP from 2013 to 2017 and as a Legal Intern at S. Friedman & Co. from 2004 to 2005.

Avital Sincai attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Business Administration degree with a focus on Law and Business Administration. From 2010 to 2012, Avital pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University and obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Management.
