Romina Stiglitz

Romina Stiglitz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Romina started their career as a Control Desk Manager in the Israel Defense Forces from July 2014 to June 2016. Romina then worked as a Business Analyst at prooV Inc. from December 2016 to August 2017. Following that, Romina served as a Research Assistant in miLAB - Human-Robot Interaction at IDC Herzliya from August 2017 to January 2018. Romina briefly worked as an HR Recruiter at Orpak Systems from January 2018 to June 2018.

From June 2018 to December 2019, they served as an Organizational Consultant at Amirror Group Organizational Development, where they worked with both large and small organizations on various projects such as change processes, conflict resolution, and creating vision-mission alignment.

In December 2019, Romina transitioned to Efficient Frontier, where they became the HR Manager. Their responsibilities included establishing the HR operations from scratch, defining and solidifying company culture, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Romina stayed with Efficient Frontier until May 2022.

In June 2022, Romina joined Buildots as an HRIS, Data & Operations professional. Their role involved managing the company's internal HRIS systems, developing business intelligence systems, and automating processes for increased efficiency. Romina worked at Buildots until February 2023.

Currently, Romina is working at Cydome as an HR & Ops Manager. Cydome is a leading maritime cyber security company, and Romina's responsibilities include managing HR and operations for the organization.

Throughout their career, Romina has demonstrated a strong blend of HR expertise and technical skills, leveraging their diverse background to contribute to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Romina Stiglitz completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Reichman University from 2016 to 2019, achieving an impressive GPA of 94.22. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Onboarding New Hires from LinkedIn. Following their undergraduate studies, Romina pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Development and Behavior at Reichman University from 2018 to 2020.
