Sergio F de la Garza Santos currently serves as the Projects Legal Manager and Projects Legal Counsel at CYDSA since June 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal and Financial Intern at InTrust Global Investments, LLC, where Sergio developed legal frameworks for private equity funds and negotiated joint venture contracts. At SANTOS-ELIZONDO S.C., Sergio advised corporations on trademark registrations and led due diligence for a significant cross-border M&A operation.
