Reut Diei

Reut is an accomplished HR executive with expertise in leading large-scale employee engagement and development programs for high growth companies. Prior to joining CYE, Reut served as Senior HR and Project Manager at Tadbik. At CYE, Reut is focused on the management and development of CYE’s most valuable assets: it’s employees. She is responsible for the company’s global human resource strategy, including talent acquisition, implementing reward and talent management strategies, reinforcing a strong company culture, employee relations and welfare. Reut is a certified attorney and holds a L.L.B. & B.A in Business Management from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzliya.
