Theresa brings 20+ years of technical Customer Support and Service Delivery experience from working in the Infrastructure Technology Group at Microsoft. She began her tenure creating and overseeing the operations of the International and Domestic Telecommunications Group. As the world flattened and technology advanced, she moved to Service and Support and later the Worldwide Account Management group. There she honed her focus on the Customer’s Experience and Services Deployments. She received numerous awards from her customers and business partners.
Theresa joined Cyemptive in late 2016.
